My therapeutic approach with those that I work with is relationship based. Together, we work on discovering your therapy goals and incrementally move toward those goals in a sustainable way. In this change work I utilize; internal family systems therapy, psychoanalysis, and trauma informed care to support you in your growth.

Courtney received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from St. Cloud State University and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Walden University. Courtney is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW # 32032) in the state of Minnesota.
