FAQ's

Can I talk with my therapist before I start with them?

Yes. Email any clinician to get started and ask them any questions you may have or ask if they offer a meet and greet.

What if I don't feel like it's a good fit?

We get it, and respect that sometimes it just isn't the right fit. We encourage you to talk about this with your clinician so they can help you find a better fit for you.

What is the first session like?

Your first session will be an Intake Diagnostic Assessment that can take 60-90 minutes. Your clinician will assess if therapy is the appropriate treatment for you at this time.

I'm nervous to start therapy but I know I should...

Starting therapy can be a mix of emotions. We hold no judgment where you are starting from and where you want to be. We see the courage it takes to walk through the door and share your story, we are here for it all.

How often do I meet with my therapist?

This is decided after your diagnostic intake with your clinician. Most commonly people may start with weekly or every other week.

How much does it cost?

If you are in-network, your insurance may cover the cost depending on your plan and deductible. If you are out-of-network, standard Private Pay rates apply.
