About Me
I work with people to become the heroes of their own stories.
Loss and disappointments are inevitable parts of life; how we surf these challenges creates our reality. My specialty is in helping you design and navigate your authentic path to healing.
I focus on a person's strengths rather than pathology or diagnosis. Many of us have to learn to love ourselves to have our own backs. I understand how challenging this can be, yet it's crucial for living an emotionally intelligent life.
Kelly received her bachelor's degree in Sociology and Women's Studies from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. She earned a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Kelly is a MN Board Approved Supervisor and is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist by the State of Minnesota (#2494). She is also a Certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.
