What is Telehealth?
Telehealth (also called Telemedicine) allows us to meet for therapy virtually on a confidential platform.
Are all services offered with Telehealth?
Most services are offered via Telehealth. Your clinician will let you know if they recommend meeting face to face in specific situations.
How does it work?
Once you are scheduled with your therapist you will be emailed a link. When you are ready to start your appointment, use the link to join the session. If using a smartphone, we reccomend downloading the Telehealth app by Simple Practice.
Can I do Telehealth from my car?
Sometimes your car is the only private space you might have. If your car is parked and you can provide your location address to your clinician you can do Telehealth sessions from your car.
What do I need?
A smartphone, computer, or tablet and a space where you won't be interrupted. Many people also use headphones for additional privacy.
Can I see my therapist over Telehealth when I travel?
Our clinicians are only able to see you if you are located in the state of Minnesota. So, if you are traveling within the state, schedule away!
