We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Partners, TriCare, Hennepin Health, Medica, United, Optum, UCare Medicare and Medical Assistance

If you don't see your insurance listed above you can do private pay, which is also called Fee For Service. 

Sliding Scale Fee

If you are privately paying due to your insurance being out-of-network, you may be eligible for our sliding scale fee!
